TIPS TO HAVING A GOOD SKIN
1. Always have a thorough bath. A good skin first comes with a clean individual, if your skin is always clean, that means its free of dirts that block the skin pores and making it possible for your skin to breath freely and also free of oils the skin deposits that could block skin pores.
2. Eat good food. A healthy skin / body can only be achieved by what you it everyday, the composition of food you take in. Eat more of proteins to repair your worn out tissues and foods with vitamins to make you look younger and fresh, mostly food with vitamin E. Vtamins are gotten from fruits so take more fruits always.
3. Choose the right soaps and cream that will always make your skin fresh and cool. Use good moisturising cream with sun protective factors(SPF) to protect your skin against the effect of the sun.
4. Creams work faster at night and skin reacts to changes at night when the body is at rest. Take a good bath at night and let the skin have a good effect from your rest. apply little of you cream with nice fregrance on skin before you sleep. Dirty skin at nights leads to bad skin all day long and poor skin appearance.
5. Skins react to dirty enviroment and dirthy cloths. Keep cloths and enviroment clean to have a perfect skin that glitters through the test of time. Skin loves clean and fresh cloths.
6. Avoid rough enviroment that could damage skin. Avoid writting and drawing on skin, it makes skin older cos they work everyday to heal wounds and scars......
